This is a basic retexture of female underwear. It would be nice to have separate textures for characters and npc's, nice vault-dwelling and ratty wasteland vagabond quality, respectively. This is my attempt at a compromise. To install copy the data directory and archiveinvalidation file into you FO3 installation folder. There are 3 versions, blue, red, and pink. You must choose which one you want and change its filename to underwearf.dds, e.g. change "underwear red plain.dds" to "underwearf.dds". Screenshots are included.
Please note that you must change bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 to bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 in the fallout.ini file.
