This is a retextured version of the XL3 model made by War1982. It is located in the front of Vault 101. You can't miss it.
What is done:
-Reduced noise
-New colors to match the aweesome L85
-Cleaner texture
*There is a retarded animation because there's no bullpup animation as of yet. There's also no scope because scopes on rifles are retarded in Fallout 3. If a scope is really needed then I'll make a seperate file with an active scope.*
