this happens normally, the outfit wasnt meant to be played by the wanderer (sposed to keep paulson alive and all that blah blah) so bethesda didnt worry so much
you should add the esp to make the space suit have no helm an gloves. My char is lvl 89, so i've got enough health to survive a vacuum naked anyway! =)
That was something I did just for the screenshot, with a customized esp I use for testing outfits in-game. The spacesuit outfit in MZ comes with the helmet and gloves.

I'm using the Pipboy Readius together with your mod. It confilcts with your spacesuit. Could you have a look? Thanks.
