---------------------
installation:
extract everything in your ..fallout/Data/ directory
activate JmarineArmorCOMM.esp in your Fallout mod launcher of choice

deinstallation:
lol as if i would have intended that... no! i dont know how!
if you insist... delete all files from your fallout/data folder that you find in the *.rar archive downloaded for this mod

usage:
requires the Commonwealth Of Modders Plugin (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1712)
COMM.esm MUST be higher in the load order than this plugin /or in other words/ get loaded before this plugin
COMM.esm must be below fallout.esm in the load order /o.i.o.w./ get loaded after fallout.esm

the armors are modelled in appreciation of the starcraft 2 terran marine armors but have undergone some changes to fit the fallout skeleton
and of course i have taken my artistic liberties wherever i could
this armor uses a different pipboy,
it is not active in 3rd person view, you need to switch to 1st person view to use it
this requires you to wait up to 5 seconds after swapping view until you can use it
it will make a sound as if you equip an item when its ready
