Replaces the pistol that Amata gives you with a retextured version.

I really liked the look of the 10mm pistol in DLC Anchorage, since it reminded me of the classic pistol in Fallout 1.
So all this does is replace the 10mm pistol that Amata gives you at the beginning of the game with a "newer" looking one.
It's renamed to Overseer's 10mm pistol, and looks like the one in Anchorage.

there's a small bug where Amata is being interrogated, she still has a gun. Not sure how to fix, but i am looking into it.
