This gives you \"Rivet City Hotel\" just slightly north of Anacostia Crossing, a renovated office building where you can rent or buy a room among several friendly women who may be inclined to do you \"favors.\"

This gives you "Rivet City Hotel" just slightly north of Anacostia Crossing, a renovated office building where you can rent or buy a room among several friendly women who may be inclined to do you "favors."
You can rent for a full day or a week, or if you have 5000 caps you can buy the room outright. Make these transactions at the front desk computer in the lobby. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed guaranteed to give you a well-rested next day (although you probably won't be doing much sleeping).
Life there is pretty dull, and no one from Rivet City ever guards the place, but don't be surprised if you get a face full of lead if you start a fight there. Spend enough time there, and you might see some of the residents of Rivet City there, as well.
Installation:
Use FOMM: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=640
To install manually, rename the file to something.zip and unpack it.
Caveats:
This has not been thoroughly tested, so don't be surprised if you see a few bugs.
This provides a master file (an esm file), so other mods might conflict with this (although that is rather unlikely). You also won't be warned by the game if you uninstall this mod. The reason this uses a master file is because of a face-skin mismatch bug introduced in the official 1.5 patch. If you have a complaint about that, please address it to Bethesda tech support.
