A very simple mod that changes the damage rate of the .44 Magnum.

All I really did here was change a few of the values for my personal favorite gun, the .44 Magnum. I changed the Percentage to hit in VATS, the Damage and a few other things as well. If you really want to know what I changed the values to and such, then just send me a PM and I will tell you :)
This is my First Mod, so try to go easy on me, and Constructive Criticism is accepted XD.

Should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the Magnums values.
