changes:you need a really good computer, because it lags a little bit on core2duo 2x2ggz 4 ggb RAM radeon 4850...; i used a few commands from Tweaking Guide to make my tweak "perfect"; better shadows, better water reflections, verrry good drawing (i tested and had no crashes), very big draw distance + all tweaks from the previous version! Enjoy!
