DESCRIPTION
This mod puts the Capital Wasteland into a Nuclear Winter. All of the weather in Fallout 3 snowy (from Operation Anchorage) and adds snow as well. The Ground textures are also now snowy (from Operation Anchorage, again). Trees have also been replaced with snowy trees (from....Operation Anchorage!) Some of the robots now look icy. (this time from Operation Anchorage)

Activate in the data files
