I really like how small the inactive crosshair is. I wanted to make it smaller than the default and it turned out really well! Something a little different for you, I hope that you enjoy it.
I just finished remaking the cursor as well, so one download has the cursor and the other doesn't, I didn't like the original cursor and I will probably change this one too and upload another version, but it'll do for now. I stole the hand from the frag grenade image and turned it into the cursor. The only issue is that the title screen has a different color scheme than the pipboy, so it looks a little queer at the title screen, but in the pipboy I think that it looks awesome.
I made a filled in version of the same cursor and it looks alright, I'm still not dead set on it, but I do like it better than the default! Enjoy!
To install, just unzip this file into your data folder. Make sure that you've changed the fallout.ini to bInvalidateOlderFiles to 1!
