Adds a new weapon into the game: a fully automatic energy weapon.

This mod adds a new, fully automatic energy weapon in the game: the FB-660 Burst Scorcher.
What you should know:
V1.0
> You can buy it from Flak and Shrapnel. Base price is 1400 caps.
> It uses the common Energy Cell as ammo. Flak and Shrapnel has a base of 200 extra rounds in their inventory.
> The Scorcher has a full condition of 1000. Repairable with Laser Pistols.
> Has a 60-round magazine.
> The base damage per shot for the Scorcher is 8, with an extra 2 on critical.
> The Scorcher has a 100% critical chance.
> Uses the Alien Blaster's projectile and sound.
> Sets enemies on fire and bursts their heads and limbs on death (Flamer critical).
> Runs under energy weapons.
V1.0b
> Added a stand-alone version that doesn't appear in FnS's inventory.
Console code:
The console code is 00C0DE02.
Installation:
Simply put the esp into your Data folder. Check the box under the launcher's Data Files, or use FOMM.
Uninstallation:
Simply delete the esp.
Conflicts:
Files that edit Flak and Shrapnel's store have issues with this.
