Simple really. Adds a unique version of the Silenced Pistol into the game.

I'm rather fond of the Silenced Pistol, and I always thought it was a little odd that there's no unique counterpart of it found in the game. Seems a little unfair considering there's a unique version of almost everything else, no?
So I took the liberty of adding one, naming it "Snake Eater".
Version 1 places the Pistol into Megaton's Male Restroom. Go find it and go nuts. No effort required.
Version 2 adds a little flavour to the whole thing. Nothing major, just a little backstory. To find the Pistol, head to Fort Bannister and try to think like a Stealth Agent would.
Here's the stats compared with the standard Silenced Pistol:
Damage - Standard: 8
Unique: 17*
Critical Damage - Standard: 5
Unique: 9
Critical Mutliplier - Standard: 2
Unique: 3
Clip Rounds - Standard: 12
Unique: 9
I've also increased the accuracy by reducing the min and max spreads:
Max Spread - Standard: 3
Unique: 0.2
Min Spread - Standard: 0.5
Unique: 0.2
Overall, it's more powerful, accurate; but with a smaller clip size.
*I personally use a damage increasing mod, but these are the actual stats.
