Water-Health and Rads x 2or3
======================
Foreword:
======================
I like to play on very hard, and use several "hardcore" mods, (like no fast travel). This means stims are in demand at all times. I found myself stopping to drink water whenever I found it, and was getting bored with spamming "e" a billion times, for what was essentially a Radaway for Health program. Drink Drink Drink Drink Drink Drink (5 more times)... then, take a Radaway.
It was taking a lot more time than I think it needs to. I would rather have a few more rads than I need, to top off, rather than waste the accumulated time it took to drink over and over again.
I finally decided to just mod the problem away, really for myself, but I figured, wth, somebody else out there may be getting annoyed with the same thing as me, I should share.

Version: 1.0 FINAL
======================
What does it do?:
======================
Two versions, one makes water twice as potent (in both health and rads) and the other three times as potent. The only thing I didn't touch, water wise, is the water that gives rads only. What's the point, you'll never drink it :)
======================
What does it NOT do?:
======================
Modify food or consumables such as dirty/purified water. Those things are collectable, and you can have a stack of them. If I made them stronger in health/rads, it would become game breaking
(for the way I play at least), because you can't take the lake/toilet/sink with you, but food you can collect a stack of and fall back on in the middle of combat. You're not really going to stop to drink from static-world-water unless your clear of enemies, since you are trapped in an animation (you can get murdered while sipping from the toilet ;)Not to mention, there is something satisfying on a primal level about finding water to save you when you're near death.
