Yeah, basically it's a simple save file of a man named Cecil. There are no mods used and he doesn't have any different models.
When you load up the save file you should be in one of the cells in the Germantown Police Department. The jail door is locked and you have no bobby pins...except for the ones you hid inside the cell. There are about 4 on your bed, and one in the sink. Use these to open the door and grab stuff from the lockers. Make sure to sneak while you're doing this. I have hid stuff all over the cell that you start in (but not in the other cells that Germantown has). It should give you a good start and keep you going until you're out of there.
Tips:
-Sneak while even in the jail cell.
-Play on Very Hard for the best experience.
-There are five more bobby pins in your cell, in a very good hiding spot. Think: where would the last place anyone would look?
-You can save Red to get more stimpacks, there are a few in her cell.
-I know you start out with the key to Red's cell, just pretend you lockpick it or something. It's a mistake on my part, sorry.
