Description
===========
I was tired of the irrealist weapons damages and explosions in Fallout 3, so I decided to make a mod that modify these.
Now, fights are deadly, tactical.


Details
=======
*Body parts damages: .Damage multipliers have been modified to make fights more tactical(legs and arms are crippled faster)
.Headshots are lethal, damages done to legs and arms are reduced.
.Supermutants, Deathclaws, Yaoguai have are more resistant but they still have weak points.
.Robots armors are more resistant but they still have weak points.

*Explosions effects: .Now most explosions have knockdown effect and they do more damages (except for Pulse Grenade/Mine,
they are like "force" grenade, damages done by them are reduced but force effect has been increased).


*Game Settings : .The speed when one of your leg is crippled (or both) has been reduced.

*RWD-PowerArmorFix : .Increase the Damage Resistance's maximum to 100.
.Increase the damage resistance of power armors (I've modified Power Armors effects(Enclave,Tesla,Brotherhood...))

For now this fix adds resistance bonus for every power armors but it makes the player more resistant than NPCs...

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout3\Data\
3. Start FOMM, place a checkmark beside the .esp files.

Uninstall
=========

*BE CAREFUL IF YOU UNINSTALL THE POWER ARMOR FIX, TAKE OFF THE POWER ARMOR FIRST THEN YOU CAN UNCHECK THE .ESP, OTHERWISE YOUR SAVE WILL KEEP THE EFFECTS EVEN IF YOU UNCHECKED THE MOD AND KEPT THE POWER ARMOR*
1. Start FOMM, uncheck the .esp files.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Working on
==========
Currently I'm working on making a bleeding effect without modifying weapons.
One major problem of my mod is that you're still able to one shot power armored NPCs and I'm currently trying to fix this.


Incompatibility
===============
-This mod will conflict with every mod that modify Body Parts Data.
-This mod will conflict with every mod that modify Explosions Effects.

-This fix should only works with armors that use armor effects from Fallout3 and DLCs.


(I use MMM with my mod and it works fine with it.)


History
=======
Power Armor Fix added
Version 1.2 - Explosions effects modified, damages multipliers have been readjusted.
Version 1.1 - Melee weapons supported now + DLCs support added.
Version 1.0 - Now it works with every new weapons mods and every overhaul that don't modify Body Parts Data.
Beta 2- Body parts edited, now headshot kills !
Beta 1- Initial release.
