This file adds a unique (non-replacement) Urban Flecktarn Combat Armor to the game. File includes both male and female models, and a matching camo Combat Helmet.
Loosely based on the Talon Combat Armor, I have removed the decal, and lightened up the charcoal gray plates a bit to help set it apart in the game.
This armor can be purchased from Moira Brown @ Megaton, and Seagrave Holmes @ Rivet City Supply.
Note:
This can be used as a stand alone mod, or used in conjunction with my Camo Combat Armor Redux mod.

Installation:
Extract everything in your ..fallout/Data/ directory
Activate the UrbanFlecktarnCombatArmor.esp in your fallout launcher -> data files

Deinstallation:
Delete the following files
..fallout/Data/UrbanFlecktarnCombatArmor.esp
..fallout/Data/textures/armor/combatarmor/urbanfleckoutfitf.dds
..fallout/Data/textures/armor/combatarmor/urbanfleckoutfitm.dds
..fallout/Data/textures/armor/headgear/urbanfleckhelmet.dds
