Years late but, simple texture recolor in a program like GIMP and a copy and paste of the heels to the right places on the new and separate image and it's red.
For those that do not know, this dress is Aya Brea's dress in the opening opera section of the 1998 Action RPG Parasite Eve, created by Squaresoft (Final Fantasy's developers, now known today as Square-Enix). The game is a great title from the Playstation era and I highly recommend checking it out, it's a challenge as much as it is fun.
Given how dead this mod is, someone should really make a new one simply titled the Parasite Eve Armor Collection for FO3 and FNV. It should contain various clothing from Parasite Eve that would double up as suitable playable armor for both Vanilla and FWE/PN. A newer variant of this dress should be included alongside Aya's usual Leather Jacket and Jeans combo in which the first game is played through. Maybe a variant of her attire from PE2 as well, although last I remembered the Leather Armor in game came close to that.
is there some possibility to add a good armor rating to it ? ^^ combining it with the kevlar vest (here from nexus) looks quite post apocalyptic already, but some own armor rating would be fantastic.
