This mod lets you pick any pocket without failing.
This mod can be replicated quite easily in the console with setgs fpickpocketactorskillmult 100, setgs fpickpocketmaxchance 100 and setgs fpickpocketminchance 100, but I didn't want to have to type all that in each time I started up the game.
Install:
1) Unzip the .esp file of your choice (ONLY USE ONE)
2) Copy the .esp file to Fallout 3\Data folder
3) Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', or Start FOMM and place a checkmark beside the .esp file.
Uninstall:
1) Uncheck the .esp file.
2) Delete the .esp file from your Fallout 3\Data folder
