Modifies both the Chinese and 10mm Pistols for every one in the game. A set of Weapons and a Power Armor suit can be found in the Women's bathroom of Megaton. Weapons include: Artillery Marker (shoots a laser that then brings a artillery strike [only on hit of targe]), 5mm Submachine Gun (shoots 5mm rounds incredibly fast), Flaming Chinese Officer Sword (on hit sets target on fire), Uranium Assault Rifle (shoots 556mm rounds that on impact detonate in an atomic explosion), and the all powerful Mass Effect Launcher (just shoot and all is explained). Armor Suit: Openheimer Power Armor (named after the man who created the Atom Bomb and is extremely portective power armor)
