installation:
extract everything in your ..fallout/Data/ directory

deinstallation:
lol as if i would have intended that... no! i dont know how!
if you insist... delete all files from your fallout/data folder that you find in the *.rar archive downloaded for this mod

usage:
requires the Commonwealth Of Modders Plugin (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1712)
COMM.esm MUST be higher in the load order than this plugin /or in other words/ get loaded before this plugin
COMM.esm must be below fallout.esm in the load order /o.i.o.w./ get loaded after fallout.esm

changelog:
fixed rifle models and added 2 more, also added a heavy frag grenade with a bigger radius and a bit more boom
removed all weapons and added 5 more berets without logo, also distributed the items in the wasteland a little ;)
