This mod removes some (or all) of the Perk requirements when selecting a new Perk after leveling up.

It does not remove the male/female restrictions, or add any quest only perks to the list. It also does not remove the Karma restrictions from 3 Broken Steel Perks.

This mod will only conflict with others modifying original Perks, if you have any that might conflict, load them later (Lower in FOMM) than this mod.


ONLY USE ONE .esp


Perks No Skill or Level.zip: Removes both the Skill/Stat and Level requirements from all perks (All can be obtained from level 2).
-Perks no Skill or Level.esp (Original Perks Only)
-Perks no Skill or Level + BS.esp (Original Perks and the ones introduced in Broken Steel which is required for this .esp)

Perks No Level.zip: Removes the Level requirement from all perks. (You must still have the stats/skills required to choose them)
-Perks no Level.esp (Original Perks Only)
-Perks no Level + BS.esp (Original Perks and the ones introduced in Broken Steel which is required for this .esp)

Perks No Skill.zip: Removes the Skill/Stat requirement from all perks. (You must still have the level required to choose them)
-Perks no Skill.esp (Original Perks Only)
-Perks no Skill + BS.esp (Original Perks and the ones introduced in Broken Steel which is required for this .esp)


Install:
1) Unzip the .esp file of your choice (ONLY USE ONE)
2) Copy the .esp file to Fallout 3\Data folder
3) Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', or Start FOMM and place a checkmark beside the .esp file.

Uninstall:
1) Uncheck the .esp file.
2) Delete the .esp file from your Fallout 3\Data folder
