Hi !

And now, ladies and gentlemen, I present the new tex for the Power Armor & Helmet. As always, there is a bump mapping for some nice specular. Works on both males and females.

NOTE: The logo on the shoulders is not a part of the mod. You will see different logos for different factions and armors.

UPDATE: 1.1 version now available with more effective specular, some better bump mapping for both armor and helmet. And some minor ameliorations on the helmet.


INSTALLATION: unzip the archive, and put the two folders ("headgear" and "powerarmor") in the "Textures\armor" folder.

And add those lines in your "ArchiveInvalidation.txt" :

Textures/armor/powerarmor/powerarmorbody.dds
Textures/armor/powerarmor/powerarmorbody_n.dds
Textures/armor/headgear/powerarmorhelmet.dds
Textures/armor/headgear/powerarmorhelmet_n.dds


If you don't have the "ArchiveInvalidation.txt", you can create it like a new txt file and put it in your main Fallout 3 game folder.


I assume you guys know about the ini thing. But if not, if this is your first mod installation on Fallout 3, you must do this before installing any mod, or they won't work :
Go to "My Documents", you should find the "My Games" folder with "Fallout3" in. In this folder, open the "FALLOUT.INI" with the notepad and search for the line :
"bInvalidateOlderFiles=0" you need to change the "0" to "1" and save.
