Just outside of Springvale, there is a hatch leading to the shelter.
Installation Extract to your Fallout3/Data folder. FOMM(Fallout Mod Manager) is HIGHLY recommended.
NOTE: 1. To use the refrigerator, you must look at the handle. 2. There is a key on the counter that unlocks everything.
