Outcast scribes in Fort Independence.

Version 0.3

This mod requires Operation: Anchorage for the outcast
scribe robes. This mod adds outcast scribes or "specialists" to the fort independence sublevel. At the moment these scribes do no more than most outcast NPCs, that is to say to exist for the enviroment and to be shot at. This mod is currently in beta, still alot of tweaks to be done. Currently, I am working on toning down regular outcasts in the basement to avoid crowding to allow more scribes to be placed. I am also playing with AI and scripting with the goal to enhance Fort Independence and make it more like the Citadel(I think the BoS get too much attention).

Please inform me of any bugs and/or conflicts.


NOTICE: I happen to be a mediocre texturer, the outcast hoods I made were simply color filters of oasis hoods, the shade changed to be as matching as possible to the black outcast robes. If you think that you are capable of making a more precise retexture, I would be grateful. My texture is included in the latest ver.
