Increases damage, decreases spread, and changes repair list on double-barrel shotgun.

I hate people thinking that all shotguns are extremely inaccurate weapons. Hunting or conventional shotguns are decently accurate, to quickly kill animals so they don't suffer. Combat shotguns are inaccurate so it's easier to wound opponents.
This simple mod changes the Double Barrel shotgun spread, the damage, and makes it fire 1 shell at a time. It lets you use scrap metal to repair shotguns.
This mod is incompatible with any mods that changes the double-barrel shotgun, or that removes the combat shotgun or the sawed shotgun.
