SpecOps is Vault-Tec Special Forces Weapons mod which brings into game-world improved / black version of Sniper Rifle and 44 Magnum Revolver. There are no level limitations and all of them can be readily bought but they are in game world to be found for free as well. Quite few better shops carry these items on regular basis thus future repairs of same are not problem as long as you have enough caps for that. ;)
Due to still dire limitations of what can be done to nif Material properties (meshes files) my retextures are not as good as I would like them to be but until we get FO3 CS and more to FO3 new nifs fine-tuned Nifscope that it's. As I have not found reliable way to make new nifs with new textures paths original ones were used and only textures were exchanged so all snipers and 44 Magnums will now have my textures. As textures are mainstay of FO3 modding at present time beware if you install in future any other mod which changes textures of these items as mine textures will be thus overwritten.
Installation:
Extract or copy/paste all files into your Fallout 3 game folder. When you are asked to overwrite files under meshes and textures, select 'yes to all'. Activate Dalls_SpecOps_Weapons.esp mod plug-in to get it into game. Load order should not be of any importance and there should not be any conflicts whatsoever but you must make addition to your game Archiveinvalidation.txt file! For this I would wholeheartedly recommend use of F3ArcInv small program / utility that does all necessary for you with just one press of button. Naturally this only after you place all needed mod files in Game Data folder. ;) This brilliant and indispensable utility can be found at:

Enjoy! ;)
