A small home in Canterbury Commons with buyable Infirmary and Laboratory, bed, non respawning containers, etc. Fully Navigable by companions and the like. The house itself is free. Nothing special, just a simple house.

=======================DESCRIPTION========================= A small home in Canterbury Commons with buyable Infirmary and Laboratory, bed, containers, etc. Fully Navigable by companions and the like. The house itself is free. Nothing special, just a simple house.
Joe Porter (the guy in the diner) sells the Laboratory and Infirmary.
If you have other mods that modify Canterbury Commons they could easily conflict with this one. Sorry.
If you could rate it, whether or not you like it, I would appreciate it. If you have any suggestions I will gladly receive your comments. This is also how I find out about bugs so I can fix them in future updates!
===========================MY GOAL========================== I prefer the simple to the complex: houses without pool tables and pools and crystal chandeliers and Persian carpets and the like. I try to keep this in mind when making mods so that the result is simple, blends in with the rest of the Fallout 3 Universe, and fits basic player needs.
