UPDATE: version 2 released.
Tweaked the damage amounts and rate of fire for double barrel shotguns.

Installation:
Just put the .esp file into your fallout data folder, the location as follows:
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Soft works\Fallout 3\Data
Then, run fallout 3, click “data files” and tick off the double barrelled shotgun quick fix box, play fallout 3, and enjoy.
