this a very powerful and accurate replacement for the silenced pistol, and is in the plugin format so you can turn it off if you want to it sometimes forms a ring of bullets in VATS which i think looks pretty cool, and it also sells for a lot, and has a ridiculous amount of health.
note: is very overpowered :D note 2: there is no note 2...
