FIRST OF ALL YOU MUST HAVE echo scope sights downloaded to get this yuo can find them from IronicEcho after that download this and youll have an awsome sniper that with a 100 energy weapons level can hit 85's on enemies and has a sweet scope i actually dont know if the scope is required but if it isnt youll have a sucky scope so download IronicEcho's scopes
also i cant upload images cause i cant locate my screenshots so feel free to upload for me
and 1 more thing if you cant find the scopes just search echo and look through em should be on first page
