FIRST OF ALL YOU MUST HAVE echo scope sights downloaded to get this yuo can find them from IronicEcho after that download this and youll have an awsome sniper that with a 100 energy weapons level can hit 85's on enemies and has a sweet scope i actually dont know if the scope is required but if it isnt youll have a sucky scope so download IronicEcho's scopes
