Now this mod comes with both an retexture of the Wastland Doctor shirt and an Non-Replacement version!
I did this because many was asking for it, i have to thank holliberri for helping me for lerning how to make an non-replacement.

Location of the non-replacement= You will find the Hello Kitty shirt in Springvale, YES in Springvale, and not in Megaton as ALL mods in Fallout3Nexus mods are allways placed in. Its just like Megaton is the only place everyone walk in. Anyway you find the shirt beside a blue car there.
This mod was made for myself but decided to upload it. Keep this in mind that this mod don't please EVERYONE in fallout3Nexus so don't come here with flaming comments since it is my first mod or because i am a Hello Kitty FanBoy.
PS= For anyone is asking, i am NOT Owen Wilson! Do i really look like him? lol!
