A very quick hack job on my part to create a Fallout USA flag bandanna for my character. Didn't really target this as a texture for the user base, as it's a been shoddily done. but if you like it, use it. I may do a better version at a later time but too busy playing the game atm.
Installation Add the headwrapo4.dds to C:\programfiles\bethesda\fallout3\data\textures\armor\headgear\
Open the console and type,
add.playeritem 00074334,1
You might need to open up your Archhieve Validation.txt file in bethesda\fallout3\ and add...
