***Please re-download this if you are using v1.0 of this because I stuffed up and the hood appears in lots of safes around the wasteland. I changed it to appear only on the shelf in The Ninth Circle instead. Sorry.

It's a new hood. It's a modified version of the druid hood mesh. It has close to the same stats as Poplar's hood except higher durability and +5 fire resistance instead of +10 sneak. I thought the fire resistance made sense considering the look of it.
I made it originally so I would have a hood that fit Charon. The druid hood did not fit his head properly (you could see his brains sticking through the top of it). I think it makes him resemble The Grim Reaper. Still I tried it on my character and it looks good and fits properly there as well.
It can be found on the bottom of the shelf in The Ninth Circle bar in Underworld. It's called the "Ferryman's Hood".
