Lucky Harith, Crazy Wolfgang, Crow and Doc Hoff just won\'t die, useful for those players on Hard or Very Hard difficulty settings, even those on Normal mode, Deathclaws could slay them quickly while you\'re near and distracted, now they\'ll just faint and wake up after a few seconds

I changed all the caravan merchants to essential, i didn't make them respawn because cheater players would kill them just for the items.

****HOW TO INSTALL:
Simple enough, extract the file on your Fallout 3/Data folder and then mark them as active in your "Data Files" option in the first menu after you click the game launcher.
****COMPATIBILITY?
So compatible you could install it in your Clothes Washer, I tested and i hadn't any problems with it.
This is MY mod, but you can use and change it, still you must inform me.
