A modded version of the Dark Energy Missle Launcher that uses the mesh of the Tesla Rifles. Uses a sound effect from the Transformers movie and one from the internet that I found and I edited them both together.
Put the files that are in sound/fx and
*IMPORTANT*
Found in megaton, either at the entrance or near the bomb
meshes/weapons/2handhandle is where the meshes go (forgot to put those folders in the .rar

I uploaded this awhile ago. Hence the lack of any read-me files and organization lol. I have lost the original file elsewhise I would re-upload. But as stated above it should be in Megaton, if not find it in the GECK yourself and place it where you want
