This mod adds a mansion that adds alot of new weapons and stuff from other poeple, its near teppeny tower, use coc MadHouseEntrance and get ready to fight, its dark in there and use tgm for a surprise thats in there, then go outside to get a look around the deungoen to see where it is, then go back in and go to one of the two doors outside the fence after you kill the 'surprise' the sewers are a small place you can use for storage and sleeping, but watch out for the ambush, and make sure to get all the katanas! on the other side is the one for the lab where, you will find the BR11 assault rifles and the auto pistol, bit you have too search through tons of bodies, and i do know that theres a empty doorway in there, but you can fix it quick.
