As a reward for saving or blowing up Megaton, you will receive a unique assault rifle prior to obtaining the My Megaton House or My Tenpenny Suite.

Locations:
- Inside the "My Megaton House" on the bed upstairs. [Saved Megaton]
- Inside the "My Tenpenny Suite" on the bed. [Destroyed Megaton]

Installation:
Open 44_Magnum_AssaultRifle.rar with winrar [or equivalent]. Put 44_Magnum_AssaultRifle.esp into your Fallout data directory [default C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data].
Place [drag and drop] the "meshes" and "textures" folders into the data folder also.
