Requirements: Fallout Script Extender (FOSE) AND Sharing and Caring Companions



***Description***
Bring Law to the wastes with new Regulator companions! Raiders and thugs alike beware! The Law Givers are merciless to
those who do evil.


***What this mod does***

This adds 2 Unique and 3 non-unique NPCs inside REGULATOR HQ to be recruited, using Sharing and Caring mod (REQUIRED).

I also recommend using T.R.A.S.C.H, but it's optional.


***Install***
Place the Data folder into your Fallout3 folder


***Uninstall***
delete - RegulatorCompanions01.esp
delete - Data/Meshes/Armor/MercDustBrown folder **Only if you do not have Foolander's Combat Armor mod installed.
delete - Data/Textures/Armor/MercDustBrown folder **Only if you do not have Foolander's Combat Armor mod installed.

***Updating***
Updating requires you to dismiss These NPCs and saving in a new area without them present.

Name: Sammi Drifter
Age: 25

Wear's a custom made Duster from Joolander's mod "Combat Dusters" (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4036)
Is very capable of using any pistol and usually likes to wield a Hunting Rifle.

Traits: Ability to heal the player with the proper equipment in her inventory.

Name: Ray "Crash" Corrigan
Age: 38

This guy has been around for awhile. He has a nack for "Law Bringing". He sports the "usual" Regulator outfit. Because he is a
Tough Survival Expert, He has a Natural +4 Dmg. Resistance. Is capable of using any small arm weapon and can be quite handy with
a melee weapon.

Unique Weapon: The Law Giver - His special .44 Scoped Magnum. Can knockdown Enemies.

Traits: Bloody mess and +4 Dmg. Resistance

Name: Lash LaRue
Age: 62

He often hangs out at Moriarty's Saloon. He's a wise old man. Must be tough as nails to survive the waste's till his age. Though he cannot
Learn from skillbooks, he has some very good traits and skills. He wears an all black Duster outfit.

Traits: Toughness, Tough Survival Guru, Gun Nut, Finesse.

NON-UNIQUE ***Their Level multiplier maxes at LVL 10***

They are just normal RESPAWNing Regulator NPCs. They aren't very tough but that's the point. They are disposable.

WHY I MADE THIS MOD--
---------------------------------------------------------

I made this mod because usually, Regulators do not offer dialogue, therefore Sharing and Caring
doesn't allow you to recruit them (There is a mod that allows talking to everyone, but somtimes buggy). But also,
Regulators are very weak. I use Fook + MMM + FWE and the game can be very difficult at times only wearing a duster,
especially for NPC Companions.

This goes great with FWE's Regulator History.

Future Plans

This is technically my first FALLOUT 3 Mod. I have made a few mods for both STALKER games. Usually I mod a game for
my own use, but I felt more mods are needed to make Fallout 3 better in any way possible.

I do want to add on to this. But I plan on incorporating more unique characters that will require
other mods such as:
