It's in Big Town's Red's basement.
This is like the Ghoul Mask...except it's a harmonica and most enemies won't attack you anymore. Unfortunately, the variety of fans of your music are quick to disagree with their view of you (they'll still go nuts on each other).
I wanted to make a peaceful wasteland mod...this is close.
It's fun listening to conversations between your enemies.
!!There was an error in the coding for the first file up. I fixed it now, enemies should go back to enemies when you take the harmonica off.
