Removes the Holy Water Pamphlets upon completion of the Holy Water Quest in DLC Broken Steel.

Upon successful completion of Broken Steel's Holy Water Quest (DLC03WQ03) it seems to many that the designers forgot to disable the Holy Water Pamphlets that appear around Megaton including on your front door.
This mod determines whether you've completed the quest and then disables the pamphlet's references so they will disappear and never return. A message should pop up on load indicating the pamphlets have been disabled.
After the initial load and saving your game you shouldn't have to load this mod again; the effect should be permanent.
