About this mod
This mod is for the poeple that find combat in Fallout 3 too easy. Changes a few settings. Or just download the file that disables auto-aim.

*Update* Added a file by request that JUST disables auto-aim.
Major Changes:
1. Nearly disables autoaim
2. Slightly lowers base A.P.
3. Lowers base carry weight a little
4. Raises the cooldown time when firing an automatic weapon
Random Changes:
1. Doubles blood splatter duration
2. Raises dismembered limb velocity
3. Raises blood splatter max count
