About this mod
Let you play the game as: -Ghoul -Old Human -or Raider. NOTE VERSION 1.2: Added 23 hair types to the Ghoul NOTE VERSION 1.1:In Version 1.1, childs where removed due a bug with not usable quest items and i can not fix until now.

Let you play the game as Ghoul, Old or Raider.
Install
=======
1. Choose the playable_old-raider-ghoul.esp for all mods, or choose only the ones u would.
2. Copy the .esp files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file.
Uninstall
=========
1. Delete the .esp files from \Fallout 3\Data\
