Let me introduce to present to you my first retexture (mod)
This mod removes black panty, allowing feet naked.
I think that Merc Charmer Armor will look better, if we remove panty and adds tatoo ;)

IMPORTANT: The texture of naked feet these are not the texture of armor, but natural body. (!) If you will play Africans, then feet also change the color of the skin.

In your documents\my games\fallout 3 folder (my be slightly different depending on O.S. but the important thing to note is that it is NOT the fallout game directory) is a file called "fallout3.ini". Open this file in notepad and go down near the bottom to the section called "Archive". Look for a parameter called "bInvalidateOlderFiles=0" and change the 0 to a 1 and save the file.



INSTALLATION:

1. Unzip the "textures" folder from the archive into your Fallout 3\Data folder.
1.1 Unzip the "meshes" folder from the archive into your Fallout 3\Data folder.

2. Place the following lines in your ArchiveInvalidation.txt

textures/armor/wastelandclothing01/outfitf.dds
textures/characters/female/upperbodyfemale.dds
meshes/armor/wastelandclothing01/outfitf.NIF

P.S.#1 If you don't already have a file called ArchiveInvalidation.txt, create it into your Fallout 3 folder (not a Data!!)
P.S.#2 If you already have a other UpperBodyFemale.dds file in textures/characters/female/upperbodyfemale.dds, u can no change to my file (its just a tatoo).




UNINSTALLATION:

delete files from your Data folder:

textures/armor/wastelandclothing01/outfitf.dds
textures/characters/female/upperbodyfemale.dds
meshes/armor/wastelandclothing01/outfitf.NIF

and same lines from the ArchiveInvalidation.txt
