About this mod
Removes the annoying blood splatter effect from off your screen when you get hurt. These are blank textures so there is no messing with the .ini setting that doesnt work.All the other blood effects still work as intended. No more crap all over the screen like the in the pic i included.

Removes the Blood Splatter Effect from the screen when you get hit. There was only one mod i could find that tried to
do this but it was only the .ini file tweak, which doesnt work. Not for me anyways. The textures included are blank
textures for the screen blood splatter. All the other blood splatter effects are untouched.
Installation
==============================================
make a copy of your data\textures\gore folder before installing these textures, there are only 3 so you can go and just
delete them later if you want
copy the textures folder from the included .zip file and place it in your data folder directory
(default C:\Program Files \Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3)
If it ask you to overwrite the files check YES

any mod that changes the splatter effects for the SCREEN only will be overwritten by my blank files
