For those that still have radiation bug in their system ( +1 meter when no rain/snow) I have tried a method that works for me and hopefully works for yours too.

    1. First of all I have tried many ways to fix this issue. I had tried the waiting rain to stop and save method. Tried player.resurrect and player.dispelallspells. none of them works. Make sure you had tried all of this method to reject every possible method.
    2. If none of that works, lets get started on what method I do. First, uninstall all previous enhanced weather mod(this mod). Reinstall only this mod - RECCOMANDED Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow v2 hotfix b Fomod Package- FULL DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING ELSE, and be sure that radiation plugin check.
    3. Next, install Enhanced Weather - Radioactive Rain Fix mod. When prompt to overwrite you pick "Yes to all" option.
    4. Start the game, and choose older saves. If you're lucky enough the saves is not in rain/snow yet. The gauge meter should disappear.
    5. Quickly, press F5 for quicksave. enjoy the game, the bug is fixed and quickly remove this crappy mod.
p/s : If you pick recent saves, the bug probably still there.

Hope this method works thank you...

Yeah had to do steps 2-5 and loaded an earlier save, luckily it wasn't too far behind since I just installed this mod. Think I'm done installing mods for this game, I came back to it after about a year or so of not playing it so it's time to just finish it with the mods I have. Thanks for the information, very much appreciated.

turned radiation off no problem. but i cycled through like 2 days individually by the hour and it basically rained during the day and stopped around 10pm. does it always rain and or snow all day long everywhere in the game, or does specific locations have there own weather pattern. Great mod and i appreciate the hard work i just dont really wanna be walking around in the rain all the time, the post apocalypse is gloomy enough as it is LOL

in your pipboy there are settings for you to adjust to your liking.
Durations. at the moment I don't recall whether or not it's under armor or aid. But it's there.

The Raditation increaing message doesn't disappear at all. Even though there's no real radiation cause or increase. Only The message just keep saying +1. What shoud I do?

Do you see my last post above in the forums here?
Can you at least not check rad's plugin so you don't have to deal with a silly issue like this?

"Uninstall the mod and re-install it and this time pay attention to what your installing".

    Hello Skingrad24
Watching you tuber whjitecolloar, I followed his guide and video for downloading in a proper order, but have since after 3 days, I don't think I'm going to get used to paying with pitch; blackness for night time, and asking if instead of disabling a re installing just to re choose no in fomod and have to go thru whiltecollars load order guide again, is there a setting / item where I switch or turn up / down which ever way the darkness just to a point where I can see just a little better ??
Thank you for this quality of life mod, its really made my fo3 way better and more enjoyable So thanks

Yes I did re installed the mod and chose No Pitch Blackness, the night s are still darker which is good, and better than vanilla nights, but now see-able with the No Pitch blackness....

This mod breaks my game every single time I used it. I tried everything I can personally think of. After disabling the mod it still broke my game because it changed files. I had to re-download Fallout 3 a bunch of times now...What can I do? I just want to add some atmosphere to the game instead of the same static weather all the time...

This is one of those self configuration mods, in  your inventory you  will find "settings" that control's the activity the mod does, by default if you do not configure it? yeah, it acts as if there is some sort of cork in a bottle.
The mod only gives access to whats already in the game. Just expanded upon a bit.
Sometimes, if you have a combination of other mods that touch the same items in game this one does? you will se raindrops just freeze in mid air, or  at least that's the appearance...statics---if that's what you're describing.

For personal research, I managed to combine all weather mods into a single plugin, and messed around with the workings in the engine as to esp or esm formats, each give a different reality / result. this mod has the most gradual transitions among-st the weather mods I could find. IT is how ever the base / core mod  for all the others or  what others based their ideas from. It's staging is step 1 in modding. a core file.
So, the term "Breaking-Breakage" needs to be defined to better understand the remarks/complaint?

Otherwise, you need to configure it in the players inventory. adjust the setting to fast or slow, more aggressive or less.
