I have found two new bugs. One extensive is extensive.
1: The Radioactive Rain is not entirely fixed, I cannot fix this bug, even with the instructions you wrote. There's also odd new problems with this. For example, upon selecting "Yes" to having your radiation cured upon booting up the radioactive plugin, your Rads are set to a negative number, causing the gieger counter to never go away, or increase, and the meter under "Status" > "Rad" doesn't display a number (should be zero if you have no Rads). This also causes the dial gieger counter on your Pipboy to spin around the meter, including the area inside the Pipboy. These bugs can also happen if you ask a doctor to cure your radiation sickness, though I somehow got my meter to stop spinning. It seems that when your Rads are at a negative number, any Rads you recieve from rainfall instead decrease the value even further.
2: The second bug is definitely noticeable. Sometimes, some rainfall droplets freeze completely in midair in areas. No clue why this happens, but it may be the result of VATS or opening dialogue.
I'm running Fallout 3 on Steam, with FOSE and NMM.
