Description
===========
This mod adds a unique item named Kevlar Vest in the game.
I've used PyroPaul's Kevlar mod, I've sent him a PM in march but he has not answered, so I decided to upload this file.
(If there is any legal problems I will delete this file.)
I've just added the Punisher's Skull and some bullet impacts on.
This is my first mod so...

Location
========
There are two Kevlars in Springvale Playground, see images.

Details
=======
Damage Resistance: 18.
Weight: 5.
Meshes may look off.
(I've used a black shirt behind the kevlar in the screenshots)
You should use jkruse05's mod: Punishers Outfit, it works great with my mod.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout3\Data\
4. Start FOMM, place a checkmark beside the .esp file.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start FOMM, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Incompatibility

The version 2.0 replace 1.0 's textures.
This mod replace PyroPaul's textures.
