Pretty cool, although I had to go into FO3Edit and manually delete the Japanese patrol and cheat crate right outside Vault 101. Seriously, it's really not cool to step outside of the Vault for the first time in a new game and be greeted by 4 Japanese guys in combat armor shooting me with 25mm autocannons AT LEVEL 2. But I endorsed anyway because it's a pretty good mod in general.
I was able to retrieve some of the stealth armors, ghost armors/helmets, and some of the weapons from travelling soldiers outside Vault 101. BUT my issue is that whenever i fast-travel to tennpenny tower or anywhere where the bases are located, i crash instantly on the load. I have everything cleaned out with FO3Edit, have the invalidation activation thingy installed and working, but just getting to the bases from the mod itself is a problem.
i'm working on this mod...making it playable...but i'm adding some warhammer 40k stuff to it...

As much as i would like to endorse it made crash zones whenever i tried to save in certain areas, example, from the base near smith casey's garage all the way to girdershade pretty much, i hope i can fix it im not sure why but i guess for now ill just uninstall it. Hopefully someone will continue this work one day, it could have been epic but for now its just not worth the hassle.
It's because the number of the enchantment in the armor if it's too long to appears on the pib-boy screen the game crash. use one of the enchant abbreviations mods to solve this This one i found here in nexus note that some power armor mods and overhauls have already do this.
Thanks it works now. Funny though how when i downloaded the armors seperately they worked just fine. Unless i didnt notice the armors had different effects.
