Inspired by a certain post-apocalyptic martial arts animated series, this adds a console-obtainable spiked knuckle item which will allow the player to perform unarmed attacks at an astounding rate when equipped.
On a critical, the enemy's head will explode, killing them instantly.
Images are unnecessary, as this mod contains no added material.
Haven't quite worked out the kinks yet, so technical feedback would be nice.
HOW TO GET: enter console, type player.additem XX000ea7 Y, where the letters XX are the mod's loading order and Y is the amount of items desired.

Open the fridge in your Megaton house. What's that? You blew up Megaton? You are already dead.
How to use: Equip it and click as fast as you can. For added fun, shout your favorite punching-like-a-madman phrase.
