It's a little mod that replaces loading and 24 menu screens. There's also a new F3 logo in menu.
List of changes (new graphics):
1. Loading screens:
a) "Fallout" Comicbook #1
b) "Fallout" Comicbook #2
2. Main/first Screen:
* classic F1/2 art with male and female vault dwellers
3. Menu Screens:
* CLASSIC:
a) guy running and shooting, with dog
b) art from comicbook
c) "Get Ready!" splachscreen with armed vaultboy
d) F1 death screen
e) F2 death screen
f) man in PA, Enclave flag in background
g) "The Vault of the Future"
h) classic loadng screen with ruins and car
g) ruins of city
h) classic loading screen with guy operating a Vailt-Tec machine

VERSION UPDATE HISTORY:
1.1 - previous version doesn't work with "low" and "medium" texture details, this version fix that problem and now it's work correctly
INSTALLATION:
Copy whole "Textures" folder to 'Fallout3/Data'. Don't forget to backup old files if you want back someday to original ones.
Enjoy and look up for next "CLOSE TO FALLOUT" mods.
